Two way feedback ensures that when changes occur, everyone is informed E.g. if a service call takes longer than expected the technician can send a message and location via mobile field service directly to FieldPower which will either find an alternative technician for their next service call, and prompt the dispatcher to call the customer to make alternative arrangements. If a customer cancels, mobile field service sends new work immediately.

Voice enabled mobile field service is a new option that provides 80% of the features available from Smartphone’s and PDAs at 25% of the cost. The mobile field service workforce only needs their current cell phones. The intelligence resides on the computer server. The technician call the computer, and is guided through a series of questions, and responses via voice provide two way communication to provide the mobile field service experience.
