Field Service work orders are customized to your company's needs. An unlimited number of work requests are part of each work order, and each request can be separately scheduled as a separately billable item. Individual tasks make up each work request with a task defined as one technician doing one job over a defined time period. This three tiered approach, work order -> work request -> task allow FieldPower's field service work order great flexibility with inherent simplicity. For example a work order can contain one technician doing multiple things in a day, or many technicians working at different intervals with various skills over 6 months.
