There is a large need for field service software application integration with other enterprise software. Field service applications have often been built in stand-alone form, with the focus on operational benefits, with minimal thought to how they will fit together with other software. Stand alone applications could deliver considerable savings and an impressive return on investment (ROI) without the complication of integration, however companies do not want bolt-on field service management system with limited application integration capabilities.
FieldPower was designed to be easily integrated with other applications. We have integrated FieldPower field force software within mainframes, mid-range computers, and even desktops, for upload and download of data using Excel. Other methods include the use of Web Services in order to integrate FieldPower’s products to customer systems, as well as direct SQL to SQL application integration of customer service centers, billing systems, and order entry systems.
